The one hour consultation is a casual, over the phone, conversation during which we gain an understanding of your needs. By the end of the call, we will have a plan in place for your event, whether it be a full floral package, a DIY roadmap, or a workshop for you and your friends.
Thanksgiving Centerpiece Workshop

Join us and a few of your community members at La Residence in Chapel Hill on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 for food, fellowship and a class in floral design. By the end of this wonderful experience, you will have a stunning table centerpiece to show off to your Thanksgiving guests.
Angela Hamilton, NCCPF, will teach you all how to create this centerpiece. She has 30 years’ experience in floral and event design, special event coordination and special time with friends. She has taught dozens of workshops from anything to making your own personalized stepping stones to special event floral designs. She is a wonderful teacher and so much fun to learn from.
We will begin our time together with a light lunch of lovely little bites and some refreshing drinks; during this time, we will get to know each other and enjoy the beautiful space that is La Residence.
Once the class begins, Angela will give a demonstration of how to create a long and low centerpiece using purchased and foraged material. She will give you many tips on the best way to place blooms and foliage, what you can gather from your surroundings to enhance your floral designs, and also how to choose what you love. All supplies and tools will be provided, and you will leave with a beautiful centerpiece. (image not indicative of finished centerpiece)
